6月4日，由深圳市投资促进局、英中贸易协会联合主办，深圳市外商投资企业权益保护服务工作站承办的“深圳—英资企业圆桌会议”在深业上城举办。市投资促进局、市商务局以及有关辖区部门代表、英中贸易协会及会员企业代表参加。

　　The Shenzhen-UK Business Dialogue took place on June 4 at UpperHills in Shenzhen. The event was jointly organized by the Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality and the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC), and hosted by the Shenzhen Foreign-Invested Enterprise Rights Protection Service Station. Representatives from the Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, relevant district authorities, the CBBC and its member companies attended the event.

　　深圳市投资促进局负责同志在致辞中表示，深圳始终坚持高水平对外开放，聚焦“20+8”产业布局，多措并举打好政策“组合拳”，努力打造“全球最佳投资首选地”。2025年，深圳实际使用外资504.8亿元，新设外资企业约1.6万家，同比增长63.3%，数量位居全国大中城市首位。此外，深圳成功入围新一批服务业扩大开放综合试点城市，获批109条试点任务，在电信、医疗、金融、交通等重点领域持续扩大开放，并积极落实增值电信、细胞基因治疗、外资医院、金融等先行先试政策，全面提升投资、出入境、人才执业等便利化水平，为外资企业拓展业务提供广阔空间。

　　In remarks at the event, a representative of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality said that Shenzhen remains committed to high-level opening-up and is advancing the development of its "20+8" industrial cluster strategy through a comprehensive package of supportive policies, with the goal of becoming a premier global destination for investment. In 2025, Shenzhen utilized RMB 50.48 billion in foreign direct investment and registered approximately 16,000 new foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs), up 63.3% year-on-year, ranking first among major Chinese cities. The city was selected as one of the pilot cities for comprehensively expanding opening-up in the service sector and approved to undertake 109 pilot initiatives. Shenzhen continues to broaden market access in key sectors including telecoms, healthcare, finance, and transportation, while actively implementing pilot policies in areas such as value-added telecoms services, cell and gene therapy, foreign-invested hospitals, and financial services. The city is also enhancing facilitation related to investment, cross-border mobility, and professional talent services, creating broader opportunities for FIEs to expand their operations.

　　英中贸易协会负责人表示，英中贸易协会是英国促进对华贸易与投资的国家级商业网络。七十二年来，始终支持英国对华贸易与投资发展，同时也助力中国企业在英国拓展业务与投资。本次活动，深圳市政府相关部门与英国企业齐聚一堂，深化相互理解，共同应对复杂多变的全球贸易环境，探索新的合作机遇。未来期待继续携手合作，共同书写英国企业在深圳发展故事的新篇章。

　　A representative of the CBBC noted that the CBBC serves as the UK's national business network promoting trade and investment with China. For more than 70 years, the organization has supported the growth of UK-China trade and investment while also helping Chinese companies expand and invest in the UK. The representative said the dialogue brought together Shenzhen government departments and British businesses to deepen mutual understanding, navigate an increasingly complex global trade landscape, and explore new opportunities for cooperation. Looking ahead, the CBBC expressed its commitment to continuing its partnership with Shenzhen and supporting the next chapter of growth and success for British companies in the city.

　　During the meeting, officials from the Investment Promotion Bureau and the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality provided briefings on policies related to the expansion of opening-up in the service sector and trade in services. Representatives from the CBBC and its member companies introduced their operations and development plans in Shenzhen, while municipal and district authorities responded to issues and suggestions raised by participating enterprises.

　　本次圆桌会议为政企双方搭建了高效、务实的沟通桥梁。接下来，市投资促进局将持续利用好外商投资企业圆桌会等机制，及时了解企业诉求，依法依规积极协调解决企业发展过程中遇到的问题，助力企业在深实现更好发展。

　　The event provided an efficient and practical platform for dialogue between government agencies and businesses. The Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality said it will continue to leverage mechanisms such as FIEs dialogues to better understand the needs of businesses, coordinate solutions to challenges encountered during their development according to laws and regulations, and support FIEs in achieving greater growth in Shenzhen.
